Why “about”
It depends on how many frames are in progress and on the complexity of each one. Every frame is unique and built entirely by hand in my workshop, so small variations in timing are possible.
I do my best not to let waiting times grow and to keep my delivery promise to every customer. When I can, I ship before the 60 days.
From first contact to delivery
The 60 days start once the first four steps are completed, that is, once measurements, design and details are defined.
- Write or call meTell me what bike you are looking for and we define together the type of frame, tubing and diameters and any extra requests.
- Take your measurementsI send you instructions and photos so you can measure yourself, or you send me your measurements by email. Read the measuring guide
- First deposit and designA first deposit confirms the order and starts the design of the frame. The design is sent to you and, if you wish, we modify it together.
- Approve and bookWhen design and details are approved, a second deposit is used to set the material aside and book the build.
- Handmade buildAbout 60 days of work. If you wish, you receive photos during the build at no extra cost.
- Balance, shipping or pick-upThe balance is paid before shipping. Shipping is free in the EU, otherwise the cost is shown on the Prices and shipping page; or pick up in Gesualdo.
