If you have a solution in mind that does not exist on the market — a personal geometry, an innovative functional detail, an unusual combination of components — I can work alongside you as a design partner: I listen to the idea, check its technical feasibility, turn the concept into workable drawings and build the prototype in my craft workshop.

What working with me means

My approach is practical and collaborative. We work in clear steps, where the customer takes an active part in defining the specifications and receives technical support for every design choice. My role is to:

• Assess feasibility — preliminary analysis of the proposed solutions and their technical implications.
• Design for production — turn the idea into drawings and build plans that suit craft manufacturing.
• Build prototypes — one or more samples for functional and aesthetic testing.
• Refine the design — rounds of changes based on practical tests and feedback from use.
• Produce the final version — handmade custom build with quality checks and personalised finishes.

The process, in short

1. Initial brief — collecting needs, aesthetic references and usage constraints.
2. Feasibility study — assessment of materials, joints, manufacturing procedures and indicative costs.
3. Design draft — preliminary drawings and technical discussion with the customer.
4. Prototype and testing — trial build, adjustments and practical checks.
5. Final build — handmade production of the complete bike or the custom frame.

What I provide to the customer

Essential technical documentation (build drawings, notes on materials and tolerances), prototypes built in the workshop, practical advice on assembly and maintenance, plus the craft expertise needed to turn a drawing into a real product.

When I work as a design partner we always keep a clear collaboration: the customer sets the goal and takes part in the choices; I take care of the technical translation and the handmade build. For specific technical activities or particular certifications, we agree together on how to proceed and on the validation steps.
