Forgione Frame Warranty

Every FORGIONE frame comes with an official 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Should you encounter any issue within this period — provided it is not the result of improper use — I will personally take care of materials, labor, and repainting at no additional cost.

Crash Warranty (2 Years)

Had an accident and your frame needs repair? All Forgione frames include a 2-year crash warranty from the delivery date.

If the frame is damaged due to a crash, I offer free labor for the repair. You will only cover:

  • the cost of replacement materials
  • the final repainting
  • shipping the frame to and from my workshop

If the damage is severe and the frame must be fully replaced, you will receive a 20% discount on the purchase of a new Forgione frame.

Repairing and brazing a damaged steel bicycle frame

Both the standard warranty and crash warranty are valid exclusively for the original owner.

Important Note

The warranty becomes void in the following cases:

  • unauthorized modifications or tampering
  • misuse of the frame
