Forgione Telai Warranty
Every Forgione frame is covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects, counted from delivery of the frame, and by a 2-year crash warranty. Both are valid only for the first owner.
Standard warranty: 3 years
From delivery of the frame, against manufacturing defects
If within this period you find a problem not caused by improper use, I take care of it directly and at no extra cost:
- materials
- labour
- repainting
Crash warranty: 2 years
From delivery of the frame, for damage caused by an accident
For the repair I offer free labour. You pay for:
- the cost of the materials needed
- the final repainting
- shipping the frame to and from my workshop
If the damage requires the complete replacement of the frame, you are entitled to a 20% discount on the purchase of a new Forgione frame.
